Cucumber Dill Creamy Dipping Sauce / Dressing

Servings: 2

Prep Time: 10 minutes

 Ingredients:

- ½ cup cucumber (unlimited vegetable), finely grated

- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk (or skim milk)

- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon garlic (minced or powdered)

- 1 teaspoon vinegar (e.g., white or apple cider)

- 1 teaspoon Bragg’s Amino Acids

 Instructions:

1. Grate the cucumber using a fine grater, then squeeze out excess water with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel to prevent a watery sauce.

2. In a blender, mix the grated cucumber, coconut milk, dill, garlic, vinegar, and Bragg’s Amino Acids until well combined and creamy.

3. Let it sit for 5 minutes to meld, then serve fresh or chilled.

 Notes:

- This cool, creamy dip with a hint of dill is perfect for turnip or carrot “fries.” The coconut milk adds richness while staying within the unsweetened milk options.
