3-4oz of lean ground beef
¼ sweet onion (can add or substitute bell pepper)
1 Egg Life wrap
Drizzle of olive oil
Lettuce, tomato, hot sauce, or other healthy burger toppings
Heat a drizzle of olive oil on medium heat in a skillet. Thinly slice ¼ onion, and cook in olive oil for a few minutes, until softened. Form your ground beef into a ball, then smash down directly over the onion, using a burger press, spatula or plate to get it as thin as possible, and immediately press egg life wrap on top of the beef. Cook for 3-5 minutes, depending on your preference of doneness. Flip everything together and good with wrap-side down for an additional 2 minutes. Fold in half and fill with your favorite burger toppings! (I like chipotle sauce and sliced avocado!)
