1 sweet apple
1 egg
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Preheat oven to 350° F. Cut up apple and blend or puree all ingredients to a cake batter consistency in a blender or food processor. Pour into a small baking dish, and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool for at least 10 minutes, then enjoy! (For extra-chocolatey taste, top baked cake with a drizzle of Hershey’s Sugar-Free Chocolate Syrup!)
