*WEIGHT LOSS*
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can whole tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 can tomato paste
1 teaspoon Morton® Lite Salt™
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
10 oz frozen cooked shrimp, thawed or fresh
In a 2-quart microwave-proof casserole, combine green onions, celery, green pepper, and garlic. Cook, covered, on high for 3 minutes or until green onions are transparent. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 2 servings.
