Sizzling Grapefruit

*WEIGHT MAINTENANCE*

  • 2 grapefruits

  • 8 teaspoons low-sugar strawberry spread

  • 4 whole fresh strawberries


Cut grapefruits in half. Loosen each section. Top each half with strawberry spread. Microwave on high for 4 to 6 minutes, or until grapefruit are very hot, rotating after half the time. Top each half with strawberry in center.


Makes 4 servings.
