1-1/2 lbs. turkey hot sausage
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 whole onion, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
1 large can low sodium tomatoes
1 14 oz can low-fat tomato soup
1 zucchini, cubed
Optional: Romano cheese
Brown together sausage, garlic, onion, and peppers. Add tomatoes, soup, and zucchini. Simmer 30-35 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with cheese.
